Fits the bill for a high use printer

Great Printer: Hard to find ink cartridge

Guess it's time to go with HP Smart or get another printer. Think HP Smart is more cost effective.

The best ever with Best Buy agents

The agent took time & made sure I understood everything. It was nice speaking with someone in the US as well. I often get someone not in the US & it's hard for me to understand them & sadly they aren't as patient with me as this agent was....he's great!
