I picked this up as an open-box deal for my grandmother. Overall, it was a good deal. The iPad itself had no noticeable scuffs, scrapes, or dents anywhere I looked. It had the original box with all the correct information on it. However, the start up guide was not in the sleeve in the box, and the charging cable included was a type-c to lightining cable. This iPad uses type-c for its charging, so this was not great to see. The charger itself, however, was either the original one or an identical one, so I was able to give my grandma one of my cables to use. This might have been a bigger issue to someone else, and I didn't reach out to customer service for various reasons, so I'm not docking the score too heavily for this.

Great value on an ipad air - We are really enjoying the stage manager function which essentially allows you to use the tablet like a desktop computer when you plug in a TV or monitor via the usb C connection.

Great tablet - beautiful screen - works seamskessly with your other apple products. Good camera. Great speakers.

Traded an iPad mini for the Air. Love the larger size screen. Local Best Buy folks were friendly and helpful.

Purchased for my kiddo to use in college. She has a very nice laptop but it's inconvenient to pull out in class. The iPad plus apple pen have become her go-to for note taking and studying.

I recently bought this iPad for college in order to replace all the notes books I waste. This is my first ever iPad and let me just saw it is a blessing to have. The usability is very nice, the design and interface is clean. I highly recommend this to anyone contemplating purchasing it.

Has helped me through two online summer classes and I can play all my favorite mobile games like Genshin Impact and Arknights on it. I use it more than I thought I would, but it’s pretty heavy, so it doesn’t replace my iphone, but rather complements it. My only problem with it is that it’s sometimes hard to pull up the screen with all the apps open.
