Item serial number different than actual package .

Bad for the new pencil

The one thing that is bad is the Apple Pencil support. They put the camera on a new position to create a solution for a problem no one had and with that, the support for the new Apple Pencil was not possible.

Apple Ipad not charging

Bought mine 5 months ago and it don't wanna charge or turn on. This might be an apple issue. My purchase with Best Buy was great.
