Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Getting the process was hassle free there was some of the product missing from the box when I received it, however, after making a phone call to the Greenville location, they were able to help me and provide me with what was missing hasslefree. It is easier to go in person that you call on the phone, as sometimes the phone doesn’t make it to the actual location but to a person elsewhere. Once I realize that and resolved the issue, everything was great Proctor great and very happy with the service I received when I picked up the item in person.

I’ve been wanting a new one for a couple of years and finally was able to get one. It’s a little different than my older iPad but I am liking the changes! I got a good deal on it due to it being on sale AND by trading in my older iPad which I wasn’t aware I could do, so I am really happy!

Nice ipad

The larger screen is noticeable and a nice upgrade. It's fast and does everything I want it to. Took a while to get my old ipad to erase for trade-in, but that's par for the course with all of the security features we are forced to accept.

My favorite iPad to date!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the first Gen iPad, first Gen iPad Pro 12, first and 4th Gen iPad Mini and this is my favorite iPad to date. The weight and size is perfect, I can’t think of any tasks I do which it can’t handle. Using it for FaceTime and Zoom is awesome!!! I added the optional apple keyboard with track pad accessory and it has effectively replaced my laptop. Switching from app to app copying on web and pasting in Word is never easier. Split screen works wonderfully for copy and past as well. The sound is quite good and the battery life lasts me an entire work day with charge to spare. I purchased this online after hours and received it in two days. I can’t be more pleased with this purchase.
