Ordered online at Best Buy with one hour pick up. Got a message in about an hour and it was ready. Picked it up and brought it home in time for Christmas.

It's a Really Great Ipad!

The batteries in my other two are getting old, and not holding a charge very long, and the pro is big and heavy to carry through airports. I do like the bigger screen of the Pro, but this 10.9 inch screen is just enough bigger to be easily viewed, and is small still enough to carry while traveling...I also appreciate the battery life, plenty for even longer flights...I love it!

Purchase and receipt went smoothly as did the return of the 8th generation model. This 10th generation unit is very efficient.

Great ipad

My daughter is very excited to be able to play and do all her schoolwork on it. She has always wanted an ipad and hopefully it will help her get her homework and schoolwork done faster and she will be able to take it on roadtrips(which we take often) and download her favorite movies and games.

Ghosting problem with unwanted numbers and text appearing. Include Wi-Fi for all versions of iPad - AWESOME for larger folks. Please include wireless EarPods for all versions and a 6-8 foot charging cord. Not cool when you update versions of product and old accessories can no longer be used.

This iPad stands alone with super quick responses, crisp screens, and plenty of memory and many helpful pre-loaded apps. I guess you get what you pay for. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend!
