From unpacking, setting up and using, always a joy. Buying via Best Buy is also straight-forward. The web-site is clear and the staff and helpful.

I waited in line for about a minute. The process was easy and efficient. I saved $100 over regular retail. And the best part is my wife couldn't be happier with her gift. So yes, a five star purchase! Thank you!

Their office is mext door. I order and just go there to pick it up when its ready. I am also a total tech member, thay goves me their support to install software and receive additional service .
