    I love my new IPad. I had an old iPad that recently died that I got used from a school. It lasted a couple of years. I was waiting for a good deal for a new one and got this one during Black Friday deals. Battery seems to have normal life. I recommend a case for iPad to handle it better and to protect it.

    The customer service that I received over the phone and in store was top grade perfect. I didn't have to wait in a long line. I was in and out like 10 minutes.
