    First time with an Apple product after a long time with Android. I'm really turned off by Apple's draconian control over every aspect of iOS' ecosystem; every app, every functionality must be greenlit to run. Anything outside of web browsing requires either a premium fee or a monthly subscription. In-development apps are forcibly removed after a few days. App options for self-hosted services are laughably few; why allow for that when they could charge you for iCloud subscriptions? Browsers won't synchronize outside of Safari's control. Apps cannot use shared storage, unless it's iCloud. For what it's worth, it has a great display, audio quality, and outstanding battery life. You can examine the pop-up prompts for more of your money for hours on end!

    Great iPad! I just wished it had cellular capability. I replaced a 7th generation iPad that had cellular service. I don’t actually need it but since I had it I feel like I lost something with the upgrade. Other than that it works perfectly fine and serves its purpose.

    Sales clerk was very professional, took care of all my needs, answered all my questions, and got me all set up and ready to go a wonderful product. I’ve always had an apple iPad since they came out now if I could just quit, dropping my old one in water or dropping it. I’ll be doing great.

    Bought as a Christmas first for an 11 year old. She loves it. It’s been about a year and still runs smooth. Had glitches one time and had to be restarted once but other then that it been working well.

    This is a very useful replacement for a laptop. We did also purchase the case with the external keyboard that has made using it much easier.
