Had to wait for inventory to become available to ship. Finally got it 10 days ago. I wish I would have waited another week before purchasing it because then Apply announced the 11Gen 128GB which is the right memory size I want. At the time of purchase 10Gen 256GB was only $70 cheaper than the Air6. Since Air6 is 2+ years newer, with a more powerful chip, I decided to get the Air instead, despite I dont use magic keyboard / pencil so is like paying for extra features that I dont need. However at only $70 higher Air6 is a better value. The Air6 of course is good but it already has a few glitches that surprise me. I already experienced a screen freeze when trying to add another email to the iCloud account. The pop up just froze, would not let me add or cancel. I had to use the power button to get out then returned to set up, and was relieve to see the pop up disappeared. Also it seems to often return to home screen by no apparent reasons despite I am actively using it, as in viewing a website. I dont know what causes such. On top of that the screen gets DIRTY Very Very easily, much more so than my old iPad. I am not sure it is because the Air has no screen protector this moment because my Amazon order just arrived yesterday while the old iPad has a screen protector. It is rather annoying to have to clean the screen very often, else you can see the traces of dirty mark on the white background of a webpage. Overall I feel the Air6 is a good product but it is not great, for a light user. It should be great for those heavily into using the pencil / magic keyboard. However, for a light user the new 11 Gen 128GB is a Much Better Value for the money at $349 vs the Air6 at $499 or the Air7 at $599. I just hope this Air6 battery would last for 4 years like my prev iPads did until the batteries dying (easily heat up, causing the chip slows down or stops functioning completely until the iPad cools down.)

I dislike iPhones, however the iPad is worth the money. The display is quality upon quality with the iPad, and the type C is finally bringing Apple in with the rest of us, although 64gb on the cheapest model is embarrassing in 2024 where we should be at minimum 128. Otherwise great.

Associate and Manager very helpful and professional. Did a price match to a local store for the IPad I purchased. Everything done quickly. No problems. I like the improved screen. Battery life is great. Nice upgrade for me. I prefer to shop and purchase from Best Buy instead of other stores. I like their staff and ability to take care of my questions and purchases. I have bought my appliances, phones, computers, tablets, & gaming products all from Best Buy. If I ever have a question or problem after a purchase they are always willing to assist me.

Well, I gave up the best 12.9 pro for the least generation 10 10.9 and for me I’m happy I did the 12.9 does a lot of amazing things but it’s too big for me. The 10.9 is perfect in size for me and perfect for what I wanna do I don’t need anything super special I just wanted to be able to do my digital calendar my banking online, those kind of things and of course Facebook tick-tock and I’m opening a very small business and so I’ll be using that for this too to place orders make slips etc. this is gonna be the perfect little add-on for me

The 10th gen ipad is the perfect size- easily portable & big enough to see info. I like the aluminum, colored back. It feels sturdy, is very quick & the speakers sound good. The price on this ipad is also good for the value!

Great iPad I got it for my little brother because he’s been asking me for a iPad for a while now he had a little android iPad that was very slow and it could barely run any game, not only can this iPad run a lot of games it’s smooth, fast and great to look at.

Note taking is unmatched on this. Long battery life on standby, so it's very convenient when using it to read and write in small bursts. Only annoyance is the incompatibility with the newer Apple pencils that support wireless charging, so the pencil needs to be plugged in to charge.

Ok first I like the color of the iPad the color I pick was amazing blue lol. Secondly I love the way my iPad 10.9 10 generation is designed from the curved corners to the less black borders. Third I like how fast its is to switch between open apps and respond from my touch. I also like the accessories from the pencil that is designed very sleek and the protection cover my father bought for me. My how far I’ll experience is excited. Awesome and fun I wanna say thanks to Apple.

It’s a very solid tablet. Great beginner tablet or for those who want to upgrade from an aging device without breaking the bank. I was on a very, very old iPad that had gotten to the point it would barely work, so this fits my needs and should last me many years.

I really love this IPad! It was easy to order and pick up from Best Buy, but I love the way this thing runs. It’s smooth, fast, it’s gonna work great for keeping track of my photography business, and I would really recommend it overall for daily use and for businesses!!

Absolutely in love with this IPad. I purchased the pink one and it was way bigger than I pictured. I can do everything I want and design what I want. I also purchased the apple pen but they have a more affordable one. I make all my electronic and tv purchases through Best Buy. I have had no problems whatsoever. Just drop it in the cart
