    There customers service was A-1 well knowledge , answered all my questions, showed me different, iPads, the ins and outs of them, and was also a salesperson, convinced me into buying a cover for it

    Bought this for my mother for Christmas and she loves it. She prefers using the iPad to an actual laptop computer and the ease of use of the device makes it a win-win. Also was very easy to do business with Best Buy....ordered on-line and item was ready to pick-up in my nearby store almost immediately. Great product and online shopping with Best Buy is a breeze.

    This is the most balanced iPad for most people. It has many of the great fetures of the Pro version for a much more reasonable price. It works with the Apple Pencil 2 and has a beautiful laminated display which means that the display is part of the glass, the picture is crisper, clearer and image closer to your pencil and finger tips. Unless you need Thunderbolt of the Pro version or the high end cameras, I highly recommend the iPad Air.

    iPad is blazing fast. I use it to stream Xbox cloud games and it works flawlessly. Exactly what I was looking for. Usbc is nice also. No need to carry around a proprietary cord
