    The gentleman who helped me out was very knowledgeable, he told me the pros and cons of the iPad and which model would be best for my line of work. made it very easy to pick out and made the whole process so much easier.

    A long time user of all manner of Apple products, including now this my 4th iPad, have to say have been TOTALLY amazed, and not in a good way, at how poorly this one has worked. All others have performed well, this one at least re: Safari, web browsing has been a bust. I took it in early on to have them check, and was told “too many windows open”. This when with all previous ones had the same number of web pages open (maybe 6-8). At times, merely sluggish, at times when a new site opened, got a blank, black screen. Had to totally shut down restart to get back to simply average performance.
