I placed an order on December 12, 2024 for an iPad and an Apple watch for a total of $669.61. Shortly after placing my order I had come to realize that the address on the order was incorrect and attempted to contact support TWICE to try and change the address or cancel said order. I was informed canceling the order was not possible and neither was changing the address as the package was en route. I was told to reach out when said order was delivered in order to receive a replacement order or refund. So I watched the tracking like a hawk and got in contact with support yet again when it was delivered in hopes for a refund (It was delivered 12/14/24). I wanted a refund because personally this is a substantial amount of money for me and taking a chance on making the order online again did not seem like a good idea to me. I wanted my refund to be able to purchase the items I ordered in person as they were also supposed to be christmas gifts. I reached out to support and I was told I would be receiving a refund. I was NEVER told that there would have to be an investigation and that I’d have to wait for a conclusion to be able to know about a refund. 12/15/24 I received an email to let me know that this investigation has been concluded and I would not be receiving nor refund or replacement. I did actually reach out to my local police department the next day and asked them to kindly check if a package had been delivered and left outside but they found nothing. After this email about the investigation I was honestly quite confused about the conclusion and felt it had to be a mistake so I waited a couple days for another email just in case and got nothing. Therefore AGAIN on 12/20/24 I called support to reiterate everything that had happened since and they sent out two more investigations. At this point, today 1/1/25 I received two more emails letting me know I will not be provided with a refund or replacement which is why I am reaching out to you Mr. Harmon. I am extremely frustrated with the way my problem has been handled so far, as I said before $669.61 is quite a substantial amount of money to me and around this time of year it is not something I can afford to not have. DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST BUY. JUST BUY DIRECT FROM APPLE.

Good size for the prize, but it’s slow. It freezes for a long time. For example, the payment part, it would be a white square. I had barely opened out of box and already had to turn of and back on. Same happens a lot trying to upload videos on YouTube. I have to exit multiple times until the upload square on screen pops up.

Just made the switch from Samsung to Apple. My new iPad works seamlessly with my iPhone and other apple devices

This item was purchased as a gift to be given to my daughter. The intended purpose was for an educational setting. This item has worked well and does what it was intended for.

I have been shopping here for a few years. Their Total Tec is awesome with extended warranties and the service excellent. I will continue to buy my electronics and appliances from them.
