    The iPad works perfectly but it’s harder to close apps than the 5th gen where you just have to push a button and then slide up.

    Ordered online and picked up at store. Got home and just noticed box had no shrink wrap, and box corners looked like it got hit by a blunt force.. the back sticker seals were also for some reason was dirty both ends(left/right). I was tempted to return the product but it was Dec 21 and had no time.. not to mention they will have you pay 45 for restocking. Maybe purchasing at Apple store will give you peace of mind but what can I say I was drawn to cheaper price and I think they also gave me 50$ more cash back if I paid full price 1 time (which I still I need to check).

    After years of being a loyal customer, I’m sad to say it’s time for me to go. I picked up the last of two iPad Pro 256GB, delivered overed a week apart, but yesterday I have never been treated as bad by two customer service checkout staff members, who talked to me with a flipper attitude. When I asked the first customer service representative for a manager, he got another customer service representative who said he could handle me under his breath to the other guy, I may be a senior I have excellent hearing. After he talked to me like a child, he said I was not a valued customer anymore, unless I have a credit card. So this morning I will consider taking back my IPads, and getting my $1100 dollars back, and go to the Apple Store, where they have great customer service, and they say thank you! So Best Buy you are no longer my first choice, because you discriminate against senior citizens! Good luck.
