Trouble With ipadOS18.0.1
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It requires ipadOS18.0 and that was not supported on my old ipad 6th generation. So... I could not use the quick install since OS 18.0.1 would not install. Had to backup the old one and then manually install the data afterwards. This is quite a bit slower method but you will find yourself in the same boat if you are upgrading to the 9th or 10th generation. Apple Tech support was fairly useless for a better solution. They did not even acknowledge the problem with the new operating system. Otherwise the new ipad is GREAT!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is more of a review or question for best buy.Ipad was purchased thru best buy and had a problem with it .Took it to bb and was told to take it to an apple store for repair.Why purchase thru bb (also have a bbservice contract),if they don't handle the repair?Should purchase thru apple?
