No complaints. Product was available for pickup as scheduled. I purchased it along with the Apple Air keyboard and it interfaces perfectly. It's like having a tablet and a mini-MacBook in one!

I bought this for my 89 year old mother-in-law who basically watches Netflix as her major source of entertainment. The increase in screen size and quality of the image makes it so much easier for her to see the videos. I would highly recommend this ipad for anyone wanting to upgrade from an older version.

So good, I went back for another...

From experience, this is the perfect size. 12.9 is only better if you want a laptop replacement solution. I "needed" a good tablet solution, and as long as I'm lucky enough to own a MacBook Pro alongside it, this is THE iPad model to get.

The oled display makes everything crisp to the eye, the battery life seems to last forever and doing anything on this thing makes me feel like i’m actually a wealthy individual living in madrid.

I have the second gen Apple Pencil and because it charges on the iPad I don’t have to worry about charging separate. Only thing is I feel like I have to charge it a little more often than my old one. This isn’t an issue tho.
