Scan Problems

Takes 3 or 4 tries feeding documents in before I do NOT get an error msg scan did not work. Applies to both using the feeder & putting on flat bed. Took calling HP tech support to get the settings right to get printing from tray 2 to work - but iit works just fine now. 2 sided printing & copying work just fine.

Great for 11" x 17" tabloid sheet size printing

Great home scanner for 11x17 scanning

They don't hide that fact and some people might need that but a laser is better, and color laser exists. What seems to not exist is a laser printer with 11x17 scanning. Software is a little clunky and HP requires an account for access to some of its features. Happy with the device, multiple people from the office have been using at home due to covid.
