I need to be able to scan multi pages at a time. It printed great but what I really needed. I had to look up on Google on how to scan at all. The direction were so lame. When you can't even find out how to scan in that info it's pretty pathetic.

The size fit perfectly in the space I needed to use. It also prints double sided which you don't always find on less expensive printers.

I’ve used it for my school work to printing out pictures to printing out coloring pages for my daughter. I also really love that I can print things from my phone or the device

It worked fine when she got it, but it sometimes sat for a few months not being used. It eventually quit working. Decided it was cheap enough that we didn't want to spend money to try to fix it.

I don’t print things every day or even every week but I expect my printer to print when I want it to. No such luck. It stopped printing the black ink letters and numbers (yes I had ink in it) and I couldn’t get it to print anymore. I tried cleaning the headers and realignment and updating of the software but nothing worked. Had to return and get a different one.
