I hadn't done any research on the kind that I wanted to buy but saw this on display and decided to try it. It has been good to me so far. It was easy to set up and has been easy to use so far.

It does all that I want. The phoo is definitely wrong because the paper does not come out that way = the slot accommodates 8" not 12". Did I get the wrong model? I do not have the box anymore.

My mistake was purchasing it online, because a sales person would likely have told me details that I didn't realize. The only way to scan or copy is to feed a sheet through. So forget copying from any type of book format. And the process is a pain. If I had known this, I would not have bought it. It is extremely slow. The first time I really used it, it took over 4 hours to print 50 pages. And no, I am not exaggerating. It randomly will decide to just print part of a page, and then spit it out. Or it may decide after part of the print job that it is done. The good points: It prints. It doesn't take up a lot of space. I like Instant Ink. I already believed that all printers are possessed. But of the printers I have owned, this takes the cake.

We want to make sure that your printer is reliable for any urgent printing needs you have, so I would love to help resolve this for you.
First, I recommend taking the steps in this ‘Slow Printing’ support guide:

As indicated in the above guide, just updating your printer's firmware will often help. You can find the latest firmware download for your printer at this link: support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/model/11262035
