I'm so disappointed with this purchase. I bought it and 2 weeks later, the shaver is not working. So... Basically we threw $250.00 to the trash can! So upset! The battery is fully charged and it is locked, and it does not unlock.

Best razor I’ve ever had! Easy to use, clean, and provides a smooth shave. I was very skeptical at first, but after using for a couple weeks I was pleasantly surprised at how well the razor did. So glad I made this purchase.

Although the device works well best buy does not have up to date sales picture shown of the product. The SKU and product code match up, however when you turn on thw device the front lights on the device does not show the same visual output

The razor is lousy it doesn't give me a close shave at all. I would return it except I threw away the Box thinking it would be great since I owned one before, but I was wrong. If you know a way I can return it let me know.

Not as nice as you'd think. Shaving still requires as much effort for close shave. The norelco oneblade is a more innovative shaver than this product at a fraction of the price

It doesn't do a complete job ... it literally doesn't shave a full beard ... it misses alot of spots

This shaver is awful, it doesnt get the neck area good at all. I do not recommend this shaver in fact I will be returning it tomorrow.

I've used the Series 7 for several years, and when it came time to replace the shaving head, I decided to read reviews about the Series 9 as a replacement. The Series 7's exterior finish was beginning to peel off, probably due to repeated cleaning heat cycles, but it was still functional. I purchased the Series 9 and it is an improvement over the 7. It shaves closer, the head locking mechanism is better designed, and it weighs less than the 7. It appears that the "normal" cleaning cycle is quite a bit longer than that of the Series 7, particularly the heating/drying cycle time. The shaver is elegant in design, and functional in use. I highly recommend it.

I have always owned a norelco and thought i would try the best foil razor out there. My norelco was 10 years old and it still shaved better than the braun.

I bought this for Black Friday deals. I thought it was good and easy to shave with clean but we have to spend more time for clean shave. Returned it. Not impressed.

Doesn’t give a close shave, had to join the dollar shave club after buying the top of the line Braun shaver, what a joke!!!

It is not as good as the previous Braun product that I used.

Shaved well twice now leaves patches and doesn't shave any hair longer than 1/16 of an inch.

This razor does not work for people of color despite the commercial! Save your time and money!

This is by far the best shaver EVER! I tried all, phillips latest versions, braun other series and many other brands. But the 9 Series did the trick for my sensitive skin and the most stubborn coarse hair, which is growing in several direction. I do have to shave for about 5-7 minutes a day to achieve the closest shave, and with interval shaving, since the skin needs to rest after shaving for couple of minutes for the beard to show up again (This is one of the tricks I myself came up with and it works for me). It shaves my head every single day and beard and I've had it for 2+ years, I am on my 3rd shaving head (including the original). I am super pleased with this shaver, I can't say enough good things about its performance. CON? Okey, the plasticky feeling of the body of the shaver doesn't have the previous 7 Series generation premium feel to it, it feels more unstable due to this reason. The shaver pivoting head has started making creaking noise and yes I DO USE its original cleaning liquid and the stand. (so there aren't any questions asked about it's lubrication). OVERALL? BUY IT %100. You will save money on electric shaver vs "Gillette" shaving heads and I had 2 of my friends switch after a year of begging them because I knew how they'd love the shaver. They both called me and actually said THANK YOU for recommending the BRAUN 9 Series Shaver!
