Great working vacuum cleaner. Filled need at church fellowship hall for quick cleaning as needed. Everyone was impressed & happy not to have to have a cord involved.

Collects large dirt and small dust with ease. No need to buy disposable filters as you can simply wash the one in it and let it dry out. Enough power on low setting to clean the whole house.

This vacuum has great suction and battery life. I ended up exchanging it for the Absolute only because I really wanted the fluffy head for the hardwood floors. Perhaps this would have been ok on it, but the bristles seem very stiff, so I didn't want to risk it on new floors! Overall, a great vacuum if you don't need the fluffy head for hardwood!

This was one of the best purchases of all time! I will never be with out this vacuum. If it ever breaks I will be at the store getting another one same day. It makes life so much easier.

I bought this vacuum on Black Friday. Best Buy had the lowest price for this Dyson model. Better than I expected. Great cordless vacuum cleaner. Lightweight and recharges quickly. Glad to get rid of my corded vacuum cleaner.

It was more than I was expecting. I really didn’t think they would be that much of a difference from the last model to this one I couldn’t be more happier.

Works like an animal!!! Great on LVP and industrial carpeting-- including picking up hard to vacuum leaf debris! Perfect for my office environment! Light and easy to use.

I loved my old Dyson but it was old and they didnt make the rrplacement hose for it any longer so I was left with finding a new vacuum. And what better than my favorite vacuum but cordless!! Well it is not as great as I imagined. When you stop vacuuming it drops some of the dirt back out and the battery does not last long at all. I am lucky to get 20 mi utes out of it on regular mode and high mode not even able to finish my room. Its okay for quick pick ups but not to handle ypur regular vacuuming

This thing is a beast! This thing sucks dust, dirt and pet hair from deep down in the carpets…! FYI It’s important to fully charge the battery overnight before the first use!

Such a great little vacuum. It really is so easy to use and makes cleaning a breeze because you don't have to worry about a cord. Use it for a 1,000 SF apartment and it never runs out of charge, even when doing a deep clean. Definitely recommend.

excellent vacuum. cat litter on hardwood and laminate this vacuum is tops..... but hear me dyson... you will own the market... make your freakin batteries externally removable... we need to be able to swap the battery to continue cleaning.

Works as described. My one concern was that I wouldn’t like having to hold the on switch to keep it running, but turns out it isn’t a problem. My house is so much cleaner!

I absolutely love it!!! Gets under furniture really well and so light and easy to move around and it really picks up very well on carpet and vinyl floors as well!!!

This is the best vacuum I have owned. Its easy to work and is dependable. It is very light weight and picks up cat fur with ease. Great purchase, highly recommend.

This is the best vacumn ever easy to use great storage Easy to clean just covers all the bases! Everyone should have one ! In fact quite a few people I know have one and rave about it!

This vacuum sucks in a good way. Unfortunately the roller gets wound up with my super long hair and it's a huge pain to have to take it all apart after every use to get my hair out. I wish I had gone with the Shark that had the roller that was guaranteed not to roll up hair!

I'm so in love with this cordless vacuum.....I use it every night before bed to pick up dog hair and other debris from the day....zip zip zip and it's done! No fuss!....switching from attach...

Great suction, but the charge only last about 5minutes.

Very pleased lots of power. I have a small house 1100 sq ft, can vac whole house & still have power left. Has a lot of pick up power also, I have all hard surface floors. No cords or hoses to trip on, especially important being a senior person.

This product and the customer service is horrible. I purchased the product, maintained the product as recommended and the power of the product started going downhill within a few months. Suction was weak. Contacted customer service, and was advised the parts were not in stock and they would put me on a notify when the part would be in stock. Waited two weeks, come to find out they never put me on the notify list, had the product in stock and I ended up having to wait another week after return for the "new" part. If a premium product can't survive within a year and has horrible customer service... it's not a good sign. This coming from someone who works for a Premium product company.
