    Had to return for the V11, as the run time on the V8 is very short with floor attachment. Be sure to read the details prior to purchase to ensure you can complete your floors before the battery dies. Battery does charge fairly quick (at least the V11 does).

      Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear you found the run time in your V8 to be too short. I can confirm in MAX power mode, the machine provides about 7 minutes of run time, and in regular power mode, run time will be 30-40 minutes, depending on if you're using a motorized attachment. We're glad to hear that you were able to return your V8, and exchange that for a V11.
