Charger Barely Works

It’s been like that since it was brand new. I’m afraid one day it’ll stop charging.

Accessories are just perfect and cover any situation. We thought that battery life would be a problem but it is not, we rarely need to use it in maximum mode and charge it once a week.

We very seldom read as not at all since we got this. Clean up pet hair crumbs, dust anything rise. My daughter has one and we used it this is a product I would buy again . No one should be without one

Easily replaces a larger plug-in vacuum

I’ll have to vacuum over the same thing a few times for it to pick it. I only use it for the small clean up when I don’t want to get out the big vacuum so I was a little disappointed. Love that it’s light weight and turns very easily.

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that in your use, you've found the suction from the Dyson V8 Animal to be lacking. Dyson V8 vacuums have a run time of up to 40 minutes, when used in standard power mode. On MAX power, run time will be shorter due to the added boost of suction power. You should find that suction in standard power mode is sufficient for most tasks, while MAX is better suited for tough cleaning jobs. If you find something is left behind when making a pass with your floor tool, you can switch the suction slider to MAX, for that boost of suction.

Much better than the v6

Several attempts made, still same outcome. Needless to say it was returned to the store for a refund
