Amazing! No tangles with in the machine ever so far and I don’t think there will be any problems. Great buy! I almost bought two of them because they were on sale. Even on economic mode it runs great.

Very easy to use, mount and unmount from the wall and can suck up pretty much anything small. Very lightweight; your hands won't get sore vacuuming all day. As a cherry on top, it has a turbo mode too.

They were patient, methodical, and stopped to answer all our questions as we got familiar with the new set-up. Thank you, Best Buy, Dave and Tim!

The second year I owned it it barely keeps its charge for 10 minutes. Very expensive vacuum and you only get one good year out of it

Battery performance is poor

It’s great as a quick clean up and the suction rocks. Be aware the filters have to be washed often in dustier areas.

We are happy to hear how pleased you have been with the ease-of-use, and how great you have found the suction to be. We can confirm, if you do vacuum more often, or do reside in a dustier area, we would recommend to wash those more often; any time there is a build-up of dust or debris within the filters, this can cause a blockage of airflow, which will result in suction and overall performance issues. With regard to the battery life, that will be dependent upon which suction level you're using, and if you're using a motorized tool/attachment. In Max power run time will be up to 7 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 30-40 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using. Having a shorter run time does sound unusual, and we'd value the opportunity to go over your machine with you.

The hepa filter on it makes vacuuming so much easier, with less sneezing. It also deep cleans far better then any other vacuum I've ever owned. If you've been thinking of getting it, get it. Worth every penny.

I can do my entire first floor on less than half of a charge. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is, I wish the vacuum cleaner was made of a different material. When I vacuumed my home for the first time, I tried to go under the couch and it left a couple of scratches. But overall I like the Dyson

It replaced one her ex won in their divorce. We have a robot vacuum cleaner we run regularly, but I was amazed to see how much extra this Dyson picked up afterward.

The vacuum time with one charge is for me enough to vacuum part of my apartment. I’ll never vacuum everything at ones. Split the work in several days is the key.
