Good little vacuum. Does a good job for small items. Obviously not going to compete with our full-size Shark Vertex but can handle small items.

Had an animal Dyson, thought I would try this rechargeable one...it is ok, but would not recommend because its charge is limited when using it in max power mode. Did not compare to the power of my animal Dyson that is wired.

Baterry life 20 minutes if you use the high setting. Hurs wrist from poor egonomic build. Hurs finger frim holding on to the on button because there is not on and off switch. Its heavy, hard on you shoulder joint, DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE MUSCLE OR BONE ISSUES!!!!! Too expensive for suc a poor design, does not suck dirt like somebof the other out there.

Not so good suction and battery life are horrible.

This gift waa for my daughter and she loves it. She's been using it and it cleans and picks up everything. Very happy with the vacumn cleaner.

This is my fourth Dyson. I keep one upstairs and one downstairs. I thought it would be great for my tiled floors but it works awesome on the carpet too. I will never stop buying from Dyson.

It does a great job picking up most dirt on my hardwood & carpet floors with no effort. It is SO much easier than using my old corded vacuum.

We only use this on our wood floor but it does exactly what we expected. Tylhis works well on areacrugs also. We are happy with this product.

Bought this V8 vacuum as a replacement to my V7; it does not disappoint! Great battery life and picks up every single strand of my dog's hair on the sofa, in the car, and on the floor. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.

Bought this while it was $100 off. Totally worth it, it works great on our carpet, tile and hardwood floors. Also used it on our car (we have a 2.5 year toddler), get taken care of everything with ease. A huge upgrade from our previous vacuum!

We love this and all our Dysons. We have a few cordless hand vacs now. Upstairs. Downstairs. The price and quality - this thing just works well - makes it an easy decision to add to the mix so we can quickly clean up pet hair or messes.

Dyson V8 animal vaccume is Great. But a little bit heavy.

Great vacuum. I used to change vacuum every year due to damages but since I got this one, it's been over 2.5 years without any issues. Love this!

What a wonderful machine. We have a very good corded upright. This Dyson is the perfect companion. Maybe the other way around. With a shedding dog, carpet and area rugs the V8 is so handy and efficient. Occasionally I do buy the right present.

This Dyson does an excellent job at cleaning carpet. When we got it home, we intentionally did a pre-vacuum of the living room rug with our old vacuum before using this new Dyson. We were astounded by how much MORE dust, dirt, and hair this appliance pulled out of the carpet. The only downside is that it has the tendency to give the user a jolly good SHOCK, from time-to-time. All vacuums build up static over time, which I assume they discharge through the electrical cord and back to the electrical panel. But this device is cordless, so the only way for it to discharge static is through YOU. It just happens that the charging port is directly on the grip of the device, so your hand is constantly gripping this port, and every time the device builds up enough static, it discharges it directly into the palm of your hand. Not a nice feature, hence the lower-than-excellent rating. But the vacuum does a great job otherwise.

We’ve owned Dyson‘s for years and I’ve been very happy with them. Especially their customer service when the battery needs to be replaced. The only reason why I bought this one is because I ran over the other one.
