I am not ready to give up on Dyson yet as the vacuum is so convinient but I will have to if the new one isnt working better

Dead in 11 months

Contacted support and have to drive it 45 min each way without traffic to a repair center. Another similar product that was $50 that is 5 years old is still working just fine.
