The only downfall is it only lasts 7 minutes on the high power setting. The regular setting lasts a long time. I still love it!

I am now afraid that my carpet has never been clean until now. Also, the attachments are great. Can really clean up hair everywhere.

For our small apartment (500sqft) it’s perfect and quiet enough for late night messes. The amount of attachments and ease of use is amazing. I wish I had bought this years ago and made my life easier then.

Didn’t even know how bad my old vacuum was until I brought this baby home. Plus it makes me feel like a ghost buster so bravo, Dyson. Only complaint— I literally have a blister on my right thumb from using it so much.

Everything else about this vacuum has been stellar! We love all of the attachments for life with toddler and cat! I also love the ease of it hanging on the wall for a quick grab. We plan to purchase another as a gift.

They are easy to use and have great suction (I have 3 dogs) and suction is very important. The problem battery life. I am trying a different brand and see how that works. I'm tired of returning the Dysons so frequently I even had my outlet checked and all was good.
