    We needed another laptop in our home. We had a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 touchscreen tablet with keyboard. We heard a lot of good things about Apple MacBook so we purchased one. We’ve been disappointed with the MacBook. We’ve had issues with it and having to learn the functions of the MacBook. It’s more difficult to use as compared to the ease and simplicity of the Surface. We’re seriously considering trading out the MacBook for another Surface.

    I really like this laptop however is does have trouble processing when you have a lot of apps open.

    The resolution of the screen is very clear and the keyboard is very comfortable. but I don't like Touch ID.

    It was time for a new computer as the new school year was approaching. Decided to go with Apple since being an iPhone user. My child loves being able to keep everything together between the iPhone, iPad and MacBook. Best decision ever!
