    Apple products are great. The computer work well and completes daily task. The thing is Best Buy sold me an “open box” item but turns out the computer is 3 years old! I’ve tried reaching out to customer service and emailed but haven’t got a response to why it’s sold as an open box. When I buy open box I assume it’s new or newish. The manufacturer warranty expired in 2022! I would like Best Buy to be more transparent about the product they are selling
