Worth the Investment!!!

She's able to multitask between online gaming and her streaming apps. I see her working on her assignments more diligently, so that's a plus. It's a high price purchase for sure, so I had some concerns entrusting this to my teenager, but at the moment, it's a high functioning laptop worth the investment. I made sure to purchase the service plan as well for peace of mind.

I am very happy with my purchase. The only installation that gave me even slight trouble was tensorflow and even that is fully working now. Just had to find the correct information: Actually the information on Apple's page is the one that works. Everything else was a breeze to install: conda, nodejs, docker, mongodb. There are a few tweaks that need to be done in order for things to work on the terminal. Like homebrew, This has nothing to do with M1 but rather that Apple changed some path rules for Big Sur. Again, already have them working.

I really like how it is light weight and small. Another bonus is Apple computers are really well made and last longer than other competitors. I recently got this after having my MacBook Pro for 10 years (I'm hoping this one is just as good). The only thing I don't like is that there is no USB port. They have moved on to a universal port.
