MacBook is worth the Investment

I’ve used Dell for years and my laptop was dying to the point I needed to replace it. I decided on a MacBook Air because my son has one for college and absolutely loves it. I purchased this and the Microsoft package (I’m writing a book) and I’m truly pleased. Set up was easy to me and in less than 20 mins, I was on my way to beginning my book. I’ll doubt if I ever go back to Dell and in an Apple user for life!

My friend and I each purchased a MacBook when we went to Best Buy I got the air and she got the pro. For me the touch bar wasn’t worth the money and I’m not doing any video editing however my friend is in love with hers. If you want the touchbar or are doing anything like video editing then you should spend the money and get the pro but if those things aren’t important to you then get the air because it runs quickly and is worth the money.

Very good even in 2022 (but only 2 usb c/tb ports)

And there's a not so steep learning curve for MacOS. It'll take some gettinf used to but the hardware and the performance are superb. You need dongles for usb A and hdmi since the two usb c (thunderbolt) ports are all you've got. But I knew that before I bought this so I wouldnt take this against this device. Overall great device, and I got it for $799 only.

Compared to the previous laptop I bought (Envy 360x i5 256gb 8gb ram) The Macbook blew it out of the water. The batter life is absolutely amazing and it’s speed beat the envy in terms of software like Clip studio and illustrator as well as portability! All in all it’s a great laptop, it will take time to get use to if you’ve used only PC before
