Previous PC/windows user, never again

Out of the box, Macs win. Set up is fast and easy. I am a teacher, and after using Mac for about 3 years, I decided to buy my wife one. If anyone is on the fence, Mac is the way to go. Very small learning curve. Pros: No annoying updates in the middle of work, fast start up time, no lag time between programs, to programs timing out or not responding.... I am 100% Mac for now on.

13" Apple Laptop

So far she loves how quick and easy it is for her to get on her apps and programs. I also have a work laptop like this and the only thing I would say is that in the 5 years I have had it, it has been a very reliable laptop. Love it!!

great college laptop

Honest, quick, and professional

I needed to use the restroom first and was told where it was. I told them I needed a MacBook and was told where to go. Once I got here an employee was able to answer all of my questions so I could make the best choice for me. He also let me know I could buy an adapter there for my USB connected things. I got that. He said they had covers too but I declined that. I liked that he was kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. I was also in a hurry and let him know I only had 20 for the entire transaction. I asked if that was enough time. He said yes and I loved that he kept his promise. I had to leave to pic up my daughter and could not be late so I appreciated his honesty and ability to keep his promise. I was out the door with a minute to spare. This was impressive since I had to apply for a store credit card and wait to see if I got approved. I would recommend this store to other shoppers.

Nice laptop

Initially using the OS was a bit confusing but got the hang of it rather quickly. I will say if you utilize the apple ecosystem, you really have a great product in your hands.

MacBook to the rescue!

I bought this in a pinch when I was on travel and forgot my laptop at home. My need was urgent. I ordered it while I was in an airport and picked it up at my destination. I was one happy camper and crisis averted. And now I have this nice new computer ♥️
