I have had mine for 8 years and have never had a problem. Bought this new one for my son who is going off to college.

I was afraid it would get hot because of the lack of fan. No problem. I only had to restart Word and from time to time I have to restart it because I cannot switch applications.

And anything I do on my phone or my iPad can easily be pulled up on my laptop and continued. I love it. I haven’t charged it in like a week. I spend maybe an hour or so a day on it and it lasts.
