Excellent Sales Representative!

The best part about my purchase was the friendly and knowledgable sales representative, Guada Mary Benoit. She answered all of my questions, was extremely efficient, and most importantly, made the whole transaction and purchase experience a pleasure. I am 55 years old and this is the first time I didn't feel overwhelmed by my lack of technology skills.

Nice but pricey

Small and more power than my older ipad, but for the price I was hoping for either more memory or storage. It surfs the web and can do some light Adobe Creative Cloud apps like Illustrator or Photoshop.

Suprising easy for a non-techie to use minimally

Still trying to figure several things out. I bought her a mouse and that works MUCH better for her than the 'scratchpad'. She doesn't do anything exotic. Haven't been able to print yet but I'm working on that.
