Apple is great, Best Buy is the worst

First they sent me an damaged computer that they couldn't fix, then they sent me a computer that was still logged in and locked as guest (I bought open-box and they sent a display computer which they apparently have a policy against?) and that took 48 hours to fix. Now, a month later, have returned my trade-in with no explanation or communication. I do not suggest buying from this company.

Went to the Howe Rd Best-buy store they were very helpful and courteous. Didn’t have what I wanted but located it for me and was able to pick up at the other store. Very pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable staff.
