It's an Apple, Good and Bad

Some cost cutting over the years. Only two Apple only ports and head phone jack. Need to buy adapters to use USB or SD cards.

College Bound

Besides our old Mac and his school issued Chromebook this is his first laptop. He loves the video resolution and its streaming capabilities. Its his college laptop and he loves all the features.

Device with serious battery defect

I returned the item on the next business day and requested a refund. After one week, I received an email from them questioning alleged scratches that did not exist when the item arrived at my home nor when I returned it. The store then refused to issue the refund, which I formally disputed. Since then, three weeks have passed and they have only continued to stall without providing a resolution. Best Buy has not mediated the situation, and I see no alternative other than taking legal action. This store needs to be formally notified, as I have seen that I am not the first customer to be harmed by this practice.
