Love my new MacBook Air. Will never use Total Tech again due to the incompetence displayed on my first attempt.

Bought for my granddaughter to use in school. She is thrilled with it. She's been using it for almost a year now with no issues.

My boyfriend and I bought laptops the same day, The M1 air, and M1 pro - We're both in agreement that the air is better! you get more than your moneys worth, and the pro felt like money wasted!

I upgraded my MacBook Air mid-2011 to the M1, and was expecting the M1 MacBook to be a little better given all the positive reviews and hype surrounding it. Overall, I’m happy with the device but I was expecting the screen quality to be higher and brighter, and I found the battery drained faster than expected on just safari use.

Does not have a touchscreen, I thought it had one but it did not

Best Buy was very easy to shop online with Ana easy check out. Super fast and efficient had my order ready in 20 minutes to pick up order at store. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase! I will be shopping more at Best Buy now. Thank you again!

What can I say, it's a Mac. The best Icon driven operating system in the world. Apple got ripped off by Microsoft's secondary copy of the Mac OS. Microsoft copied the Apple OS, infringed on Pattens and got away with it. Macs last forever if you are reasonably careful with it. I have some of the original Macs and they are still going

We bought this for both are teenagers. They are very happy with all the work that they do online and they continue to use it every day for many other things.

I love my apple laptop. A bit different transitioning from hp to apple and learning the tricks and trades to apple. I have apple phones a lot is the same.

I fell in love with the MacBook Air at work last year, and REALLY missed it once I left that job. So, when my old device needed replacing, I was excited to splurge and get one for myself! I bought it in February, and had no issues... until I did. Unfortunately, I got the dreaded "black screen of death" in mid July. We made it four months before I needed to take it to get worked on. Fortunately, I have a Best Buy less than 10 minutes from my house, but unfortunately, they cannot legally work on Apple devices in BB. (Or at least whatever needed to be done with mine couldn't be done in-house.) The nearest Apple Store is over 30min from me, so I opted to have Best Buy ship it to the repair place, which I was told takes up to 3 weeks to return. I got lucky, it was under warranty and it didn't take too long to get it back. The logic board and fingerprint scanner got replaced. I still love my device, I'm just sad that I lost everything on it.

Got this for my mom’s 55th. She’s not the most technical person and Apple has made their products super user friendly.

I've always wanted a MacBook Air and now I don't know why I waited so long! Very happy with my purchase and in store purchase was seriously a breeze. I was in and out the store in less than 5 minutes.

It has been a big help with school and makes me stay focused. I have problems playing games and getting distracted but the MacBook keeps me focused and on task.

Excellent sound easy to connect to no hassle We use it outside in our yard and it is very loud. My husband is very pleased with this speaker
