    Everything was brand new, except the box was opened which was fine. Has less than 1 cycle only!!

    This is the type of equipment that will not give up on you 2-3 years in. Some of my MacBook Airs I've owned as long as 7 years before I considered upgrading or changing.

    Best buy had this Macbook on sale and i got an openbox. No one else had it on sale. Its a great laptop for the price.

    Great product like all apple products. It freezes at times I may have to call tech. Don’t know if it’s the anti virus that I got for free with the purchase but I will update more after i call tech
