Excellent replacement home thermostat, easy to install and simple to use. I love the app where I can control from any room in the house or when I’m away. The price wasn’t bad either.

I like this product but it has one big flaw. I found it easy to install only because I was able to remove the panel from my furnace and see what colored lines were connected to each item. The instructions didn't really work for my furnace. I'm not marking it down for that. My big complaint is that the touch screen on the unit is terrible. I understand they want you to use the app for everything. But my wife is not "app friendly". If she wants to change anything she just goes to the unit. But the touch screen doesn't work well and she get frustrated. They clearly cheaped out on this thinking you would use the app 100% of the time. I don't fault them for this logic. It also doesn't seem to have notifications if the furnace goes down. Maybe it will notify me if the temp goes below the set temp but I don't see anything in the app that shows notifications for issues. Otherwise I found it easy to make a schedule and I'm mostly happy with the purchase.

Easy to install. Works very well. You can change your backgrouns color and set a weekly ac adjust through the app. This product is worth buying.

I installed this unit when we replaced our old air conditioner. The instructions were straight forward and with the assistance of a you tube video everything went well. It sunk up with my wifi and the phone app worked great. I had my hvac installer do a follow up on my system after it had been running for a couple of weeks and everything was great. Very pleased.

The installation went smoothly with detailed instructions and photos of the wiring with enough information to replace the existing thermostat easily. The ability to auto switch from heat to cool and internet accessibility make it fully functional for my needs, and the ability to schedule different temperatures is very useful. The only thing it lacks is a learning mode, but that was not a feature I really was looking for.

display and installation was beautiful and painless, was not compatible with my system due to not having the Common wire. Keep that in mind before purchasing. (DOES NOT RUN ON BATTERIES)

Easy install. Works like it’s supposed to. App works well. Connected to Echo no problem.

This thermostat was easy to install, easy to setup a WiFi connection, easy to program, and easy to use!! I can be miles away during a blizzard and check to make sure the heat is still on. It's nice that you can turn the heat up while you're on the road, and it will be cozy warm by the time you get there!

I like this thermostat because I can access it via my phone anywhere since it's on the wi-fi. I can create a day to day program and not require it to learn my day. It looks clean and sleek on the wall and works with both Google and Alexa. I recommend this item if you want to have some control over your thermostat and not wanting to break the bank.

Awesome Thermostat. Love to be able to control it from my phone - from anywhere. Display is nice and inviting. Basic wire hook ups were easy to terminate. Functionality is comparably ranged with ease of navigation through the unit. Pay attention to the C wire addendum. I used it in my case. Otherwise, it would not have functioned.

Great quality product. Looks great. Color matches the decor. Very accurate and easy to use. Alexa friendly, wifi friendly. All installation pieces were in the box. Definitely would recommend.

We have this for Up Stairs furnace, A/C unit. Thermostat is real nice. Have a Nest for basement Unit. This thermostat is every bit as nice. App is good. Definitely would recommend This Honeywell Thermostat. Set up was very easy. Nest I had to call Customer service and get wiring diagram. This the setup manual had wiring perfectly labeled.

The Honeywell Smart Thermostat does everything that I need for it to do. I'm new to the Smart Home family, so I needed something that was fairly simple to operate. It was easy to connect to Wi-Fi and the controls are really self-explanatory. Also, the price was great for this product. I;m very pleased with this purchase.

This smart thermostat works as advertised. It was easy to mount and wire. I didn't need to run any additional wires, but the instructions included the process if needed. This replaced an older Honeywell thermostat that was slightly wider so I did need to paint the space on the wall that it covered when the previous owned repainted and did not remove the device, otherwise it would have taken much less time to just replace the mounting plate, wire it up and snap it in place. I particularly like that I can change the background color of the read out and the dimming percentage. Touch screen seems to work just fine. Integrates with the app and my Alexa devices easily. The app does have it's own voice control that I have not used. There are no instructions on how to have Alexa make adjustments so after trying many different ways I've found many different ways to make it work. Whether using the app or Alexa to adjust, there is a slight delay before the change to the device takes effect. Would be nice if it had a way to change the bezel color, but overall I'm happy with it.

I wanted to be able to control my house temps when I was away and this was the way to go. I have an older house heating system and it was a bit tricky to get it to work with my equipment, but when I called the tech line, they were very helpful and walked me through the wiring process. Now I have better access to my heating/cooling and more control over my costs.

Very easy to install and use. Love the 3 temp displays. Goes along with color theme of wall. It’s techy but not too flashy tech. If you want something that can work with an app but not expensive like other brands. This is pretty reasonable.
