I was in the market for a new smart thermostat which had a WiFi connection feature. After conducting research this model kept coming up high for buyer reviews. Installation was pretty straightforward just label the wires with the included sticker labels and follow the instructions. I now have full control over my home heating and air conditioning whether I’m nearby or away.

This thermostat was easy to install. It is easy to control the thermostat from your phone.

Choice was between this & the Nest. Review on this was as good, & because I had other Honeywell thermostats went with this. Have used app on IPhone to control thermostat when I’m away. Controls both the AC & heat. Had my AC company install as I was uncomfortable doing so. Works great. Highly recommend.

Really nice lower-cost programmable thermostat. The app is very easy to use to make changes as needed. I love the ability to change the background color to either close to my wall color or contrast against my wall. It is easy to read from a distance, which is nice when checking the outdoor temperature.

Very easy to use and looks amazing, got the same color of my furniture on the screen.

I have used this thermostat for the past 4+ years. Once you set it up, keeping the temperature at the set or programed point is very responsive and sensitive. Honestly, my other family members said that the heater was more pleasant. And the Alexa commands and capabilities are a cherry on top, and it is such a breeze. I would definitely recommend this thermostat.

Crisp clear display. Was a little concerned about the thin plastic back plate that fastens to the wall. Even the wire connector assembly had to be pressed carefully in fear of them breaking off the tabs. Otherwise - thermostat works as designed.

I am replacing a previous owner's thermostat with this newer Honeywell Smart Thermostat. So far, the device has performed as expected. Setup was very easy and I had no issues. The device does not have as many features as I would like (HVAC usage tracking, built-in weather radar mainly), but is a great entry-level replacement unit for an older thermostat.

Being able to control the temperature of my house from my phone and by voice is the greatest thing ever. However, if your wi-fi goes out so will your connection to this. I'd recommend a UPS for your router and modem. This thing looks great on my wall too. You can change it to any color and it is touchscreen. I'm now accurate on the temp and saving money!

Unit was a bit harder to install then first thought (c-wire connection problem) , but in the end the unit seems to perform excellent . ~ Will be interesting to see how this unit performs in the summer with the air-conditioning usage (report back later on that) . ~ So far Iam happy with the unit in the start of winter . ~ So far I'd recommend .

Works like it’s supposed to. Install was easy even though it needed c-wire conversion. Easily connected to WiFi and app works well too. I like being able to adjust thermostat when I’m not at home in the event I forget to make changes to settings before I leave. Touch screen is little touchy and you have to use your fingertip to get it to work.
