The original cable that came with the Zvox and had worked with my old Samsung TV didn't fit right into the LG. This new cable solved the problem.

Reboot cable modem & wifi routerwith no success. Last time it was the optical cable. Ran down to BestBuy, bought this and up and running.

Unfortunately, the problem turned out to be in my surround sound, and Best Buy wouldn't take a call -- several minutes in the dial-around, then > a dozen rings -- so I bought the soundbar at another on-line vendor, at a slightly lower price. So much for trying to support bricks & mortar merchants?????
