Problem was that the salesperson had no idea of audio equipment and acted like it was a bother that I was asking a question. He sold me something that I told him was not right but he “knew better “. You should hire people who actually know audio/video/spund!

I realize that a store with inventory cannot compete with online retailers but this cord was extremely over priced. I paid it because I needed it right away and could not wait. I would purchase it online next time.

This cable did not work for my Samsung Smart TV. I used it to connect my Tv to my Samsung Bluray/DVD Player but it would not work though i spent several hours trying to make it work.

I found a pair of these in my 4k dvd box under the styra foam.Didn"t need these so i had to return them the same day of purchace.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The item was damaged when I purchased it. So I had to return it. I was to scared to repurchase, because it looked like the quality was not good.

Overpriced, not that high of quality - doesn't latch properly onto my sound bar like my old cord did. Can find much cheaper cords of the same quality or better elsewhere

I bought them because the salesman said they would work for the question I asked him. But when I got home it didn’t do what he said that it would so I returned them.

This cord connector did not work on product. We were sold the incorrect connector.

Sorry I don't see anything special about this cable to really recommend it to any one. There is nothing wrong with it and it works out for me but I can't tell you the difference between this one an another one.

When trying to get many cables through a small opening, this cable was too thick especially by the connectors... had a very hard timing fishing it through the wall and when I did it was too short

Did not fit the devices for which it was aquired. Neither the TV nor the soundbar. Returned it and recommended it be tested for size nefore purchase.

Probably an okay cable, unfortunately I couldn’t tell you because the plastic molding around the cable is way too big and doesn’t fit in our TV’s port. There’s no reason it needs to be that big.

I really am enjoying my 2.0 soundbar I purchased last month. My TV's sound was very annoying and sharp when my music Shows were on. The Voice and American Idol are 2 of my favorites. When people would sing it didn't sound like the right tone. Now with my 2.0 sound bare I can have more bass and treble on my programs.Now I don't have headaches from listening to Grammys, Oscars or any programs I want to watch. Thank You Best Buy for such Quality equipment to make music sound Beautiful again. KAREN G.

Paid almost 50 bucks for this cable and it doesn’t even fit completely in the slot. I want to take it back and exchange for something else

Worked fine. Easy to install and when the speaker connected and the volume was up had a buzzing sound I couldn’t get rid of .So then, it worked ok on lower volume.

Wanted to get the 90 degree hdmi adapter but an associate told me that the optical cable would be better so i purchased it. After i had time to connect it, it would not let the soundbar operate with the main remote. You would have to use the separate remote which is not what i wanted. It took me longer than the 14 days to bring it back to exchange and was told that i could not exchange it. If i would have gotten the item i went in for i would not have had a problem and now i am stuck with a cable i cannot use

Very difficult to plug into TV or soundbar. Unable to use.

this is a good product. should of gotten a longer model. i still think monster products are better but best buy only sells this brand for speaker wire and audio connectors

I was told at Best Buy's that they come come any longer. It was too short. I found cables of all sizes online and ordered a 50' one which works perfectly.
