I thought this was a wireless headset when I bought it. I was a little disappointed when it came in with a removable wire. But it works good over all. No complaints yet. The wire is really long too.

Didn’t let me speak through itand it sounds really muffled when you put it on

did not like these. teammates couldn’t hear me talk until i switched back to my old headset. would not recommend

Honestly, it’s uncomfortable but it works. I’ve used worse. For $25 I don’t know if you can find much better.

Was good for a couple weeks and the mic already cutting out. Very disappointing as my young son chose to use his birthday money on them.

This isn't a bad headset if you can find a good deal for it otherwise you're better off getting another headset for this price and better sound quality.

We've had to return this headset for exchange 3 times already , twice he couldn't hear out of one side of earphones then Mic wouldn't work.

I brought this item for my 11yr old son for his Ps5 for Christmas. He just opened it to use today for the first time. But only one ear is working. So I'm going have to take it back tomorrow. Besides the ear not working, it seem s like a great product. My son said it feels comfortable

I bought these for my son and had to return them the same day. The microphone was non-functional right out of the box. This was very disappointing and Best Buy asked me if I would like to exchange them for the same ones. I said no and I purchased another brand. The other brand worked great, no issues. I would not purchase this product.

This product offers great sound but after a few uses I had to return it. Maybe i was one of many. But the quality in the build is not there

Bad ,it broke the first day as it 's made of cheep materials

I usually dont buy expensive headsets and have had nothing but trouble with these Astros!! I've purchased 2. One off amazon and just received my new pair from Bestbuy. Same problem!! Sound only works through 1 ear and theres no indication that theres a microphone. Going to return for the 2nd time and now look in to some turtle beaches that are cheaper and hopefully will actually work.

I bought these for myself but gave them to my brother. He loves them but I think it’s average.

It wouldn’t connect to my console, my friends could not hear me from it.

Didn’t work well with my sons PS5 or XBOX they weren’t able to talk to others

I have a pair of A40's so when my girlfriend wanted to start gaming I decided to try this out as a starter just in case she didn't play as much. They worked amazing the first month but after they would disconnect from playstation, she couldn't hear party chats and the sound was muffled. I love Astro but these were sub par at best

Good headset to have. Easy to use. Just plug and play. Only downfall they get hot around the ear. Also the fact they have a wire.

Don't waste your money. Had a good sound, but extremely quiet. Not worth the money.
