Not good after 2 years

I mean assistant with anything your own your own now I’m stuck with a perfectly condition printer that’s unavailable to read the ink cartilage

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very easy to use the scanner, my only issue is it has a tray for photo paper that when you click to use it the paper tray does not print, so i have to put photo paper in both trays and then it will print a photo. not impressed with the instant ink since i do not print that much and if you pick the free one and go over they charge you. i am going to cancel

She has had no issues with it and likes it. It's an all in one so it does printing, scanning, and copying. Came with some extra ink, too. I'm sure we paid for that in the price of it. But with electronics difficult to find (thanks to the current government administration), this was a good find.
