This is a great printer/scanner, easy to use, love it

Got this printer for home office printing. So far so good. Very easy to set up. Seems good if you're doing standard black and white or color printing. Has a scanner, but no feeder, so it would be one page at a time.

Seems to be working as designed. Pretty easy setup.

This printer is more compact than many which appealed to us. It also has the ability to print photos, and the quality of the print for both documents and photos is excellent! We were also drawn to the price which was very reasonable for all the features!

Don’t like it at all. Uses too much ink and feels like it’s made cheap. It was on their recommendation I bought it. I should have kept my old one.

Works well with all my Apple devices, but periodically loses connection when no other device in the house does, and has already had a paper jam so bad that i needed help to fix it, and could not find clear instructions for jam removal on line

Printer works very well. Fast and sharp clean colors.

Well reviewed a do it all in one plus print pics...

-Too noisy(ex: after it prints it “runs” for like 30 sec making all kinds of noise) -freezes constantly, I have to manually shut it down then it takes forever to turn back on -the colors are not accurate(ex: picture was supposed to be a faded yellow, it printed gray...Christmas pictures came out dark too) -it prints whatever it wants (ex: I was printing a document I needed, it started printing something I had printed 2 weeks ago! So it wasted paper and ink!!) -ink doesn’t last long, I run a small business and only print invoices once or twice a week, contractor agreements and receipts (maybe 4-8 pages/week)...needless to say it has no ink within 2 months

I didn’t go in store with the intent to purchase such high function printer however it was one of the few left to select . I glad that inventory was low because this was a great choice .

Bought to replace HP All-in One that was still printing well but had problems with copying. Hooked up new printer and instantly was available to all devices on WiFi. Price was reasonable and was given discount with turning in old printer for recycling. Appreciate not having to take care of recycling.

Easy setup, got the new printer connected to all my computers, cell phones, tablets in no time, fast printing, scanning, Great for home office use. HP is doing great on this one.

Printer was delivered with minimum ink cartridges; this was not explained in advance. After less than 2 days use printer stopped working. I got in touch with Geek Squad (see comments below - created MAJOR disaster) which did not solve problem. Eventually my firm's IT department ascertained that problem was that both cartridges were out of ink. Replacement ink supposed to be delivered Aug. 6; didn't arrive until Aug. 11. Printer now working. Scanner worked on Aug 12 but not on Aug 13. Now awaiting Geek Squad visit to fix or replace.

I love the way you can print from your phone......

I was not happy to find out when I got home that it can only do single feed scanning. I told them I needed it for scanning. I wish they would’ve told me the whole story. I even spoke with the technical person to set it up and that is not available.
