I was told it would be able to print it’s plugged in to the printer but it will not print I don’t know what else to do. My laptop that is Wi-Fi does print.

I finally just used the cable and attached it to my desktop. I followed the online directions carefully but just couldn't get it to work. With cable fine... wireless.. a dud!
