    Not as good as my previous HP All-In-One. Seems more cheaperly made. And one annoyance: cannot get the scan, from its own screen, to copy documents in pdf... Treats them like a photo. Can only do that from the HP laptop app. (Urgh)

    last printer we had of the same type died 2 weeks after the warranty ran out. this time they gave me a 4 year warranty witch was better than the 2 years they offered before. I can't recommend this one until I see how it lasts.

    Hands down, no contest, this is the worst most unreliable printer that is supposed to work wirelessly I've owned in over 40 years of working with computers/printers. I spent -- yes, this is correct -- 14 hours on the phone with HP tech "assistance" and still the printer does not reliably work in wireless mode with a new HP Envy laptop. It will sometimes print remotely but then claims no wireless connection when trying to scan. HP tech support depends on trying first on-line support which if the problem is not solved will issue a case number which is absolutely required to get through to a human tech at HP. You will wait a very long time to get to that human all the while being treated to mind-numbing elevator music. This is a horrible time-wasting machine backed by a company that will leave you pulling your hair out trying to get help. My very strong advice: don't go near this thing or HP. I "envy" anyone who bought any other brand of printer.
