    The color cartridge was empty with this purchase. I was attempting to print color photos. With my other purchases in the past it's all been great.

    Ink is too expensive in cartridges. Switching to a small laser printer. Too soon for me to evaluate if I like it. It should be less expensive in the long run. Plus I am try to print less.

    Ink is great but after just a few weeks, printer said, “Low on Ink”. Do they come in different sizes??

    These cartridges work well but are overly expensive and can be difficult for some people to get in properly. Had someone else replace them this time and they ended up ruining the ink port.

    I wasn't yo happy with this product. I'm not going to give it 1 star becauseI at the end of the day it does the job. But does not last long. Does not fit my needs

    Ink dries up quickly if you don’t use it regularly.. unclogging ink ports with warm water doesn’t work..
