I don’t use my printer very often, but, I find these cartridges run out Of ink VERY fast! They are Expensive for the low number of printed pages.

Ending with one of the specialst tech agents in India it sounded like, to actually hack my computer. Cartridges were defective causing the printer not to communicate with my computer. Called Geek Squad, lots of problems. sent a full report to Best Buy Corporate Hdqtrs.

Having all the colors in one cartridge is a mistake. When one color is used up, the whole cartridge has to be discarded for any color printing even if it still contains ink for the other colors. That is a waste. Even with full cartridges, these do not render proper color tones with anything you print but especially with photos.

I am very sorry that your cartridges have not given you good color reproduction. I can understand why you rated this so low.
While printers that use more cartridges usually do print photos better, the inks used in authentic cartridges usually are pretty good if the settings are put to best quality and a good photo paper is used. Colorlok papers are recommended for best results.

I am very sorry that the printer ink is only suitable for a few prints. Let's discover together how to increase page yields! - Thicker paper adds more ink to each page. Avoid it if possible. - Buy XL cartridges. Using these cartridges makes a significant difference. - This time of year is cold. Make sure running the heat in your house is not drying out your printer cartridges. Best of luck with your future cartridges.

IF it is recycled / refilled cartridge then the price should reflect that.

Did you notice any leaks?

It looks like I am out of ink -skips, gray tones this printer and ink combo is NOT quality that I expect from HP

There is a quick way to determine if the problem is the printer or the cartridge. Clean the print rollers. Test another cartridge in the printer and see if the results differ. Only black ink on the package was printing with no problem. Contact the store with no success. The problem was not with my printer because i bought a new tri-color ink in different place and its printing with no problem.

Communication errors often occur because the printer cannot read the cartridge or recognize it. I can walk you through the steps to solve this issue. Start by shutting down the printer. Be sure to take out the cartridge and restart the printer. Then, put the cartridge back inside the holder. The firmware update is the issue if the printer doesn't recognize it. Revert the newest update, and the printer should work.

HP defective, BB terrible return policy

Because of BB ridiculous 14 day return policy, I'm unable to return. I'll buy Amazon knock offs from now on. At least they work and if they don't you can easily return.
