||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this ink when I purchased an HP ENVY Photo 6255 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer. This printer replaced my prior HP printer which had a 4 cartridge ink system. The newer printer is simplified in that regard with only two cartridges needed, one black and one color. This ink with two less cartridges is about the same price as the 4 ink system so my hope is it will last as long. I have not had to replace ink yet which is a good sign thus far, although I do not do a lot of printing which is why I purchased this ink vs. the XL version of the same. Printer ink always seems expensive to me, but it's one of those things that you need to buy supporting the printer you choose. Considering that, HP 64 ink works well and I recommend it keeping in mind it is a necessary buy if you have a printer that requires it.

Been shopping Best buy for over 20 years

Much Better Than Instant Ink

The minute anything changes settings-wise on the printer it will invalidate your Instant Ink cartridges and prevent you from using the printer (even though your monthly charge continues). Save the hassle and stick with the tried-and-true good- 'ol overpriced ink cartridges that you actually own so that when you actually need to print something .... I never thought I would get such a sense of relief from the purchase of these ink cartridges but hey funny world...
