    I will only use genuine HP ink from now on. I can't guarantee it but I started using replacement ink, and started having problems with the printhead almost immediately. I think this is the best way to go.

    The last time I had my laptop in was in 2016. It locked my entrance as I had changed the password multiple times. It would not send me a help, and locked it entirely. Your people are very helpful.

    So far have only used the HP 64 black cartridge and it is working well. Wanted to buy individual black cartridge instead of 2-pack but there were none on the shelves at store Best Buy #435 the day I shopped.

    The proper protocol was followed. Received our call in advance, the health procedures were clearly explained to us, the spacing and cleaning was followed, and the men were very polite and considerate.
